FAQ

Is Findex responsible for due diligence on Capital Opportunities?

Quick Answer:
No. Investment due diligence is handled by the partner and the user—not by Findex.

Learn More:
Findex does not perform or publish investment due diligence, nor does it assess the financial suitability of individual opportunities. All investment analysis, documentation, and execution are handled by the third-party partner, and users are responsible for their own evaluation before proceeding.

Capital Opportunities shown on Findex are curated, but the ecosystem is not closed. New opportunities and partners can be introduced through Capital Opportunity Requests, which are reviewed internally to determine relevance, quality, and alignment with the platform. Based on this process, Findex decides which partners and opportunity types to pursue and present.

This approach allows Findex to remain open to new submissions while maintaining a structured, selective marketplace where responsibility for due diligence and investment decisions remains clearly defined.
