FAQ
Quick Answer:
No. Capital Opportunities are not included in net worth or portfolio calculations by default.
Learn More:
Capital Opportunities represent potential investments, not confirmed holdings, and are therefore kept separate from portfolio and net worth calculations.
However, if an investor completes an investment through one of Findex’s capital opportunity partners — for example an unlisted equity transaction — that investment can be tracked in Findex under Investments. Once added or connected, it becomes part of the user’s portfolio and is reflected in net worth calculations like any other owned asset.
This separation ensures a clear distinction between opportunities under consideration and investments that are actually held.
